AbstractA polyphenolic extract and one polyholosidic from of aerial parts of Cyani herba were made at the Department of Pharmacognosy of SUMPh “Nicolae Testemiţanu”. The aim of the study was: Determination of acute toxicity of polyphenols and polysaccharides extract of Cyani herba. The obtained results shows that enteral LD0 for both extracts (the minimal administrated dose) was 4000 mg/kg at enteral administration, LD 25%, LD 50%, and LD 100% haven’t been established. The obtained LD value classifies the studied plant extracts as slightly toxic. The results suggest that the polyphenols and polysaccharides extracts of the aerial parts of Centaurea cyanus L. are relatively safe toxicologically.
Rezumat. În cadrul Catedrei Farmacognozie a USMF ”Nicolae Testemiţanu” a fost realizat un extract polifenolic şi unul poliholozidic din părţi aeriene de albăstriţă Cyani herba. Scopul studiului a constituit: Determinarea toxicităţii acute a extractului polifenolic şi poliholozidic din Cyani herba. Rezultatele obtinute ne-a permis sa stabilim ca LD0 pentru ambele extracte din Ch a constituit 4000 mg/kg (doza maxim administrata) la administrare enterala, dozele LD 25%, LD 50%, LD 100% nefiind stabilite. Constatam toxicitatea minimă extractelor polifenolic şi poliholozidic din părţi aeriene de albăstriţă Cyani herba.
