Sunt analizate perioadele istorice de apariţie şi dezvoltare a managementului, precum şi direcţiile clasice şi şcolile ştiinţifice din domeniu. Autorul analizează modelele noilor abordări manageriale.

The analysis of the historical time of the origin and development of the management revolution was performed. Justified of classic and scientific schools of management. Analyzed models of new management approaches (decision tree, brainstorming, goals management, diversification, budgeting, quality circles, management). Principles of systematic approach of management were justified.
