Abstract

Summary. The management of labor in women with prenatal rupture of amniotic membranes at term has become less a clinical dilemma compared to past decades. All these were possible due to the wider understanding of the mechanisms of production of this phenomenon, the mechanism of complications development as well as the broad possibilities of intrapartum actions. However, prenatal rupture of amniotic membranes at term presents a risk of vital complications for the mother and for the newborn.

Резюме. Тактика ведения родов у беременных с преждевременным разрывом околоплодных оболочек в срок стала менее актуальной по сравнению с прошлыми десятилетиями. Все это стало возможным благодаря пониманию механизмов развития этого процесса, осложнений, а также широких возможностей для действий на протяжении родов. Однако пренатальный разрыв амниотических мембран в срок представляет собой риск появления осложнений имеющих жизненно важное значение, как для матери, так и для новорожденного.
