Abstract:	The author presents the most numerous (n = 14) of the previously published series of pediatric patients with giant (> 15 cm) ovarian tumors (OT). The features of clinical manifestations, diagnosis and surgical treatment, as well as the morphological characteristics of OT in children and adolescents are described in detail. The review of the English-language literature on this subject is presented. Автором представлена наиболее многочисленная (n=14) из ранее опубликованных серий пациенток педиатрического возраста с гигантскими (>15 см) опухолями яичников (ОЯ). Подробно описаны особенности клинических манифестаций, диагностики и хирургического лечения, а также морфологические характеристики ОЯ у детей и подростков. Представлен обзор англоязычной литературы по данной тематике.
