Prezentul terapiei de substituţie a funcţiei renale în Republica Moldova: probleme şi soluţii

Abstract

Dialysis and kidney transplantation service has a history of more than 30 years in the Republic of Moldova. During the past decades this service used ti have a rapid development with 30 times net increase in the number of dialysis sessions. As well, there was carried out about 300 kidney transplantations. Nowadays, the capacities of this service are clearly insufficient for adequate treatment of the existing patients with end stage renal disease. This situation can be improved by the implementation of the corresponding complex development program supported by multilateral collaboration.

Serviciul de dializă şi transplant renal are istoricul de peste 30 de ani în Republica Moldova. Pe parcursul deceniilor acest serviciu a cunoscut o dezvoltare rapidă, numărul de şedinţe de hemodializă a crescut de 30 de ori şi au fost efectuate aproape 300 de transplante renale. Actualmente, capacităţile serviciului au devenit insuficiente pentru asigurare terapeutică adecvată a pacienţilor cu insuficienţă renală cronică terminală. Situaţia existentă poate fi reparată prin implementare a unui program complex în domeniu susţinut de o colaborare multilaterală.
