Abstract:	Rezumat Torture is considered to be one of the most serious crimes committed against a human being, investigated inclusively by the forensic examiner. Despite national and international laws prohibit torture, it still remains too widely practiced in the Republic of Moldova. Presented case is a vivid example of violation of human rights by means of torture.
