Summary Urological patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia are, as usual, people advanced or much advanced in age and have at least more than three accompaning diseases. In connection with thus in case of impossibility of operation ethiotropic treatment should include combination and α-adrenoblocators and inhibitors 5-α-reductasa. Operations after a specific treatment considerably inerease the results of the treatment, thus the time of the patients in the hospital can become less. This leads to a significant economical effect.
