Первый опыт лапароскопического лечения компрессионного стеноза чревного ствола у детей

Abstract

The paper describes a rare case of compression stenosis of the celiac trunk in a 17-year-old girl with periodic abdominal pain. The examination revealed a narrowing of the celiac trunk more than 50% of its lumen. It was found that the stenosing agent is the median arched ligament of the diaphragm. The girl underwent laparoscopic dissection of the arcuate ligament of the diaphragm, which led to the reduction of clinical manifestations of the disease. In addition, there are 3 more such observations of the authors, 2 of which also had a positive postoperative result. One patient refused surgical intervention. The authors emphasize the effectiveness of the laparoscopic approach to the treatment of patients with compression stenosis of the celiac trunk and give a literature review devoted to this topic.
