Эффективность интратимпанального введения кортикостероидов в комплексном лечении детей с сенсоневральной тугоухостью

Abstract

Summary The possibility of the effective complex therapy of the patients with the acute and chronic sensorineural hearing loss (SHL) with the help of intratympanic introduction of corticosteroides. The 67 children in the age from 4 to 18 years with SHL were under survey. Paralelle with the traditional treatment scheme from the first day in patients of principal group was made the tympanic membrane shunting and daily though shunt one time during 5 days the cavum tympany was filled with the 1,0 ml corticosteroid hormones. The treatment analysis have shown real improvement of hearing in patients with SHL.
