Erori și complicații în endodonție

Abstract

Rezumat Succint sunt redate erorile și complicațiile posibile în timpul tratamentului endodontic, evitarea cărora ne obligă să respectăm regulile de bază ale endodonției, principiile terapiei endodontice, folosind materiale și metode contemporane de tratament. Analiza a 205 radiograme — a 205 pacienţi în vârsta de la 20 la 60 de ani, care au solicitat asistenţă stomatologică, s-a stabilit că în 67,3% din cazuri erau prezente diferite erori şi complicaţii în tratamentul endodontic. Astfel, rezultatele cazurilor analizate permit a concluziona că numărul complicațiilor comise în tratamentul endodontic, deocamdată este relativ înalt.

Summary Succinct is shown the errors and possibile complications during endodontic treatment, avoidance which obliges us to respect the basic rules of endodontic, principles of the endodontic therapy, using modern materials and methods of treatment. Based on analysis of 205 radiographs, of 205 patients aged 20 to 60 years who have sent in dental care, was determined that 67.3% were present various errors and complications in endodontic treatment. Thus, the results allow us to conclude cases analyzed, the number of complications committed in endodontic treatment is relative high.
