| dc.description.abstract | The article highlights the basic rights of health care workers and the protection of these rights. The relevance of the topic is due to the role of medical
workers in the realization of the right of every person to health protection,
guaranteed by art.36 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova. Many
medical workers who are dissatisfied with the conditions of their work and,
above all, with the size of their salaries, leave the Republic of Moldova and
go to other countries where the work of medical workers is paid much higher
than in the Republic of Moldova.The relevance of this topic is also due to its
