Aspecte radiografice parodontale generate de iatrogenia protetică fixă

Abstract

Rezumat. Studiul radiografie efectuat pe 198 de pacienţi cu restaurări protetice fixe nedaptate parodontal, paralel cu evidenţierea prezenţei factorilor iatrogeni, încearcă să remarce ce anume din aceştia generează iritaţiile iatrogene (calitatea execuţiei clinice şi tehnologice în privinţa redării formei anatomo-funcţionale, adaptării proximale şi ocluzale, plasării şi calităţii marginilor cervicale a restaurărilor) şi modificările apărute în zonele de iritaţie parodontală (parodonţiu superficial sau profund) cu interpretarea fiziopatologică a leziunilor parodonţiului osos.

Summary. The radiological study done on 198 patients with fixed prosthetics which weren’t adapted periodontal, in parallel with identifying the presence of the iatrogenic factors, is trying to show which part of these is generating iatrogenic irritations (the quality of the clinical and practical execution regarding the anatomical and functional form, the proximal and occlusal adaptation, placement and quality of the cervical margins of the restorations) and the modifications that appeared in the zone of periodontal irritation (gum or alveolar bone) with the physio-pathological interpretation on the lesions of the alveolar bone.
