Aplicarea antisepticului „Betadine" în tratamentul afecţiunilor stomatologic

Abstract

Summary The usage of ,,Betadine“ to 310 patients (102 surgical patients, 208 — therapiutical patients, the age of 2025 years old, 201 females, 109 — males) in stomatological practice permits on the obtained results to set out its efficacy, due to extensive antimicrobial spectrum of action. The lasting treatment with ,,Betadine“ less than 30% doesn’t produce any adverse reactions, it has a reasonable price and has a pleasant taste. Having based on clinical obtained results during 6 months, it can be recommended in stomatological practice in the treatment of marginal periodontal diseases, apical periodontitis and mucous lesions of the oral cavity.

Rezumat Folosirea ,,Betadine“ la 310 pacienţi (102 pacienţi — chirurgicali, 208 pacienţi — terapeutici, în vârsta de la 20-55 ani, femei — 201, bărbaţi — 109), în practica stomatologică permite pe baza rezultatelor clinice de a trasa eficacitatea lui. Datorită spectrului larg de acţiune antimicrobiană. Durata tratamentului cu „Betadine" mai mică cu 30%, nu provoacă reacţii adverse, este destul de eften, posedă un gust plăcut. Pe baza datelor clinice obţinute în timp de 6 luni, îl recomandăm în practica stomatologică în tratamentul afecţiunilor parodontitelor marginale, periodontitelor apicale şi liziunilor mucoasei cavităţii bucale.
