Rezumat. Sindromul Treacher Collins (TCS) este o tulburare autozomal dominantă rară a dezvoltării cranio-faciale. Este o malformaţie congenitală a primului şi celui de-al doilea arc branial care poate afecta dimensiunea şi forma urechilor, pleoapelor, oaselor pomeţilor şi maxilarelor.
