| Abstract: | The present study is a review and a synthesis about the cardiac remodeling at hypertensive
patients, nothing the morphology substrate of the process, the elucidation of the pathogenesis, of
the role of the vegetative nervous system, of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, as well as
endothelins, natriuretic peptides and cytokines.
Lucrarea reprezintă o analiză şi sinteză referitor la remodelarea cardiacă la pacienţii
hipertensivi, evidenţierea substratului morfologic al procesului, elucidarea patogeniei, rolului
sistemului nervos vegetativ, al sistemului renină-angiotensină-aldosteron, endotelinelor,
peptidelor natriuretice şi citokinelor. |
