Analiza dinamicii nimicirii inofensive a medicamentelor în Republica Moldova

Abstract

The attention given to the problems related to the harmless disposal of unused medicines, both at the global and national level, conditions the need for multi-aspect research in order to correlate and harmonize all the problems aimed at the minimization/ exclusion of pharmaceutical pollution of the environment. The analysis of the dynamics of the processes regarding the harmless disposal of medicines (HDM) is a way of highlighting the situations that characterize the processes - a basis for their improvement. In the Republic of Moldova, a positive (increasing) dynamic of HDM indicators was established: the number of addresses for HDM (+33.45%); the number of series subject to HDM (+36.31%); the number of harmlessly destroyed packages (+47.92%), etc.

Atenţia acordată problemelor ce ţin de nimicirea inofensivă a medicamentelor inutilizabile, atât la nivel mondial, cât și naţional, condiţionează necesitatea cercetării multiaspectuale în vederea corelării și armonizării tuturor problemelor orientate spre minimizarea / excluderea poluării farmaceutice a mediului. Analiza dinamicii proceselor privind nimicirea inofensivă a medicamentelor (NIM) reprezintă o modalitate de evidenţiere a situaţiilor ce caracterizează procesele respective – bază pentru perfecţionarea lor. În Republica Moldova s-a stabilit o dinamică pozitivă (de creștere) a indicatorilor NIM: numărul de adresări pentru NIM (+33,45%); numărul de serii supuse NIM (+36,31%); numărul de ambalaje distruse inofensiv (+47,92%) etc.
