Other Titles: UTERINE MALFORMATIONS AND THEIR IMPACT ON FERTILITY
Authors: Buruiană, Petru

Keywords: used;uterine malformations;genetic screening;genetic pathology;free HCG;AFP;E3;karyotype. Results. Women with uterine malformations presented a high risk of threat termination;with a frequency in the second trimester of pregnancy of 56.2%. As factors of pregnancy stagnation were reported;low level of progesterone;estradiol and chorionic gonadotropin. On USG examination during the second trimester of pregnancy attention was paid to the tone of the myometrium;length and width of the cervix;diameter of the internal ostium;nature of placentation and correspondence of the fetus size to the gestational age. The isthmic-cervical insufficiency was the most typical complication of pregnancy in patients with uterine malformations. Conclusion. Women with UM are included in the risk group of patients with burdened obstetrical and gynecological anamnesis;history of infertility;spontaneous miscarriages and premature births. The most typical complication of pregnancy in patients with UM is isthmic-cer-vical insufficiency

Abstract: Introducere.
