Probleme etice ale practicii medicale în domeniul transplantologiei

Abstract

The transplant of organs represents an unique treatment for many patients from the entire world. Like any other medical practice witch has the human being like a study object and subject, the transplantation emphasizes a lot of ethical and bioethical problems. The bioethics involves questions of justice, humanism and protection of persons’ rights involved in this process.

Transplantul de organe se prezintă drept unic tratament pentru un număr impozant de pacienţi din întreaga lume. Ca oricare practică medicală ce are drept subiect şi obiect omul, transplantul de organe pune o mulţime de probleme etice şi bioetice. În domeniul transplantologiei, bioetica include întrebări de justiţie, altruism şi de protecţie a libertăţilor tuturor persoanelor implicate în procesul respectiv.
