Unele aspecte de profilaxie ale hemoragiilor din varicele esofagogastrice la pacienţii cu hipertensiune portală

Abstract

The article shows the assessment of the treatment outcome of 72 patients with portal hypertension during the 8 years period. 65 patients were diagnosed wiith hepatic, cirrhosis and 7 patients with extrahepatic portal hypertension. To all patients with hepatic cirrhosis has been performed a paravasal endoscopic sclerosation of dilated esofagial veins with 0,5% etoxisclerol associated to administration of nonsclective beta-blokers. To patients with extrahepatic portal hypertension have been performed either porto-caval anastomosis, or hepatic vein stenting (Chiari disease). No complications reported.

Articolul reprezintă o analiză a rezultatelor tratamentului a 72 pacienţi cu hipertensiune portală pe o perioadă de 8 ani. La 65 pacienţi a fost dianosticată ciroza hepatică, iar la 7 pacienţi – hipertensiune portală extrahepatică. La pacienţii cu ciroza hepatică s-a efectuat sclerozarea endoscopică paravazală a varicelor esofagiene cu etoxisclerol 0,5% în combinare cu administrarea β-blocatorilor neselectivi. La pacienţii cu hipertensiune portală extrahepatică s-au efectuat anastomoze porto.cavale sau aplicarea stenului în v.hepatice (boala Chiari). Complicaţii n-au fost înregistrate.
