Acţiunea hipertensivă şi antihipotensivă a profeturului

Abstract

The hypertensive and antihypotensive action of the profetur Profetur exerts a marked hypertensive and antihypotensive action: the dose of 5 mg/kg it increases the arterial pressure with 39,9%, the dose of 10 mg/kg – with 59,6% comparatively with the initial level, but administred in the hypotension caused by ganglioplegics it increases the arterial pressure with 135,5%.

Profeturul exercită o acţiune hipertensivă şi antihipotensivă pronunţată: în doza de 5 mg/kg a majorat presiunea arterială cu 39,9%, în doza de 10 mg/kg – cu 59,6% faţă de valorile iniţiale, iar administrat pe fondal de hipotensiune provocată de hexametoniu în doza de 10 mg/kg – cu 135,5% faţă de valoarea înregistrată după administrarea ganglioblocantului.
