| Abstract: | The inscreasing of the acces and social eguity level of the population to the health services and especially to the hospital assistance, the participation of the local public administration in co-finance and the assurance from the state of some social categories in allowance of guaranteed access to the medical service will direct to the continuous impruvement of the population health, to the citizens ' protection from the financial risks, to the benefiting of the health services and the satisfaction of the beneficiares. |
