Aspecte histopatologice şi imunohistochimice în cadrul sindormului portal hipertensiv asociat cu hipersplenism sever autoimun

Abstract

We are presenting a retrospective hystopathologic study, that includes 86 patients from Surgical Clinic 1, that have been surgicaly treated for severe hypersplenism, associated with portal hypertension. At this cases were folowed: the determination of the hystopathologic diagnosis, the cuantification of the necroinflamatory lesions and grading their severity (the Histological Activity Index). A prospective study that is made now, folows the posttherapeutical evolution of the liver lesions from cyrhossis.

Vă prezentăm un studiu histopatologic retrospectiv, care a cuprins un număr de 86 pacienţi internaţi şi operaţi în Clinica 1 Chirurgie pentru hipersplenism sever secundar hipertensiunii portale. La cazurile analizate s-au urmărit: stabilirea diagnosticului histopatologic, cuantificarea leziunilor necroinflamatorii şi gradarea severităţii lor (indecele de activitate hepatică). Un studiu prospectiv în derulare urmăreşte evoluţia posterapeutică a leziunilor hepatice prin ciroză.
