Sclerozarea endoscopică paravazală a varicelor esofagiene cu Aethoxysklerol 1 %- o metodă de profilaxie a hemoragiilor din varicele esofagiene la pacienţii cu ciroză hepatică şi hipertensiune portală

Abstract

Slerotherapy endoscopic paravasal results with 1% Aethoxysklerol solution are sown in this article in 30 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and portal hypertension.The patients age was between 31 and 68, 14 having HC subcompensation and 16 – HC decompensation stage.The analysis revealed 12 patients having esophagean varices of the 2nd-3rd degree and in 16 patients of the 3rd degree. Complications were noted only in 5 cases,no deaths.The paravasal slerosation method with 1% Aethoxysklerol is exposed,in the article the data are studied and a sheme for treatment is proposed.

În lucrare sînt redate rezultatele sclerozării endoscopice paravazale cu sol.Aethoxysklerol 1% la 30 pacienţi cu ciroză hepatică şi hipertensiune portală. Vîrsta pacienţilor varia de la 31 pînă la 68 ani, din ei 14 aveau CH stadiul subcompensare şi 16- CH în stadiul de decompensare. La 12 pacienţi s-au depistat varice esofagiene gr.II-III şi la 18 – gr.III. Complicaţii s-au întîlnit în 5 cazuri, fără cazuri letale.Este expusă metodica sclerozării paravazale cu sol.Aethoxysklerol 1%, sunt studiate rezultatele la distanţă, propusă schema de tratament.
