Actualităţi în diagnostic şi abordarea chirugicală a sindromului hipersplenic portal cirogen

Abstract

In this article are presented news related to therapeuticall and diagnosticall approaches of the portal hypersplenism that nowadays, represents an actual problem of health. This fact is due to the distressful increasing of its prevalence. The article is focused on the elements of portal hypersplenism pathogenity, the impact of the chirurgical risk, diagnostic and therapeutic methods, specific to the hipersplenism.

Articolul îşi propune sã treacã în revistã actualitãţi în abordarea diagnosticã şi terapeuticã a sindromului hipersplenic cirogen, problemã de sãnãtate de mare actualitate prin creşterea alarmantã a prevalenţei acestuia. Sunt discutate elemente de etiopatogenie, impactul hipersplenismului asupra riscului chirurgical, metode diagnostice şi terapeutice specifice hipersplenismului portal secundar.
