Managementul extracţiilor dentare la pacienţii hemofilici

Abstract

The study includes 2 hemophilic A (mild form) patients, who need dental extraction. In these patients the blood clot formation can be obtained by human thrombin endoalveolar injection as a transfusional treatment and its further protection by daily, noncompresive applications of the tents imbued with 5% aminocaproic acid solution. The proposed method using permits the antihemophilic preparations administration reduction decreasing the appearance risk of hemotransmisible infections and allergical reactions.

În studiu au fost incluşi 2 pacienţi hemofilici de tip A (forma uşoară), care au necesitat extracţii dentare. În calitate de alternativă a tratamentului transfuzional, la aceşti pacienţi, formarea cheagului sangvin poate fi obţinută prin injectarea endoalveolară a soluţiei de trombină umană şi protejarea ulterioară a acestuia prin aplicaţii zilnice, necompresive, a meşelor îmbibate în soluţie 5% acid aminocaproic. Utilizarea metodei propuse permite de a reduce semnificativ administrarea preparatelor antihemofilice, micşorează riscul de apariţie a infecţiilor hemotransmisibile şi a reacţiilor alergice.
