Eficacitatea benzituronului în hipertensiunea arterială provocată prin fenilefrină şi angiotensină II

Abstract

Benzyturon refers to a new class of hypotensive preparations, izothioureic derivatives, which are able to decrease and to stabilize the level of the arterial pressure. The solution of benzyturon, in a dose of 2 mg/kg shows a noticeable slow hypotensive and antihypertensive action, with long duration from 4 to 5 hours.

Benzituronul se referă la o nouă clasă de preparate hipotensive, derivaţi izotioureici, capabile să micşoreze şi să stabilizeze nivelul tensiunii arteriale. Benzituronul în doză de 2 mg/kg manifestă acţiune hipotensivă şi antihipertensivă marcată, lentă şi de lungă durată (4-5 ore).
