| Abstract: | In the structure of oncological morbidity in Republic of Moldova colorectal cancer has been on the 1st place, constituting 28,8%000 (2009) of which 61%000 are advance stages (III - IV).
On the basis of statistical analysis of clinical records of 711 patients from Moldovan Oncological Institute are formulated the basic symptoms of disease and is elaborated the algorithm of diagnostic workshop, that should be performed for early diagnosis in colorectal cancer.
Cancerul colorectal ocupă locul I în structura morbidităţii oncologice în Republica Moldova constituind 28,8%000 la finele a. 2009, 61,0%000 dintre care se depistează în stadii avansate (III şi IV).
Studiul a 711 fişe de observaţie din IMSP Institutul Oncologic a permis de a concretiza simptoamele de bază a maladiei şi a elabora un algoritm de diagnostic care va permite îmbunătăţirea considerabilă a depistării precoce a cancerului colorectal. |
