GRACE versus TIMI în evaluarea pacienţilor cu infarct miocardic acut

Abstract

Distinguishing patients with high risk of major cardiac events is optimized standard in the management of acute myocardial infarction. Both the TIMI risk score and the GRACE risk score were predictive of major outcome events and support the idea that can be applied in stratification of patients with acute myocardial infarction.

Evidenţierea pacienţilor cu risc crescut de evenimente cardiace este standardul optimizat în managementul pacienţilor cu infarct miocardic acut. Cunoscutele scoruri de risc GRACE şi TIMI au fost potenţiale în predicţia evenimentelor cardiace majore şi susţin ideea că pot fi utilizate pentru stratificarea pacienţilor cu IMA.
