Unele particularităţi ale tratamentului tulburărilor psihosomatice la pacienţii de vârstă înaintată

Abstract

Clinical investigations and clinical-psychological tests conducted in a set of 52 female patients with mean age of 72,5 ± 5,7 years have shown the presence of the comorbidity of diverse somatic pathologies (arterial hypertension, persistent pain) with affective changes, predominantly in the aspect of anxiety and/or depression. The results obtained have shown that the application of complex therapy (symptomatic in the somatic aspect associated with antidepressants with anxiolytic effect and psychoterapy) makes better the general status and life quality of the ederly patients.

Investigaţiile clinice şi testările clinico-psihologice realizate pe un eşantion din 52 paciente cu vârsta medie de 72,5 ± 5,7 ani au depistat prezenţa comorbidităţii diferitor patologii somatice (hipertensiune arterială, algii persistente) cu dereglări afective, predominant sub aspectul anxietăţii sau/şi depresiei. Rezultatele obţinute au demonstrat că, alocarea tratamentului complex (simptomatic în aspect somatic asociat cu remedii antideoresive cu efect anxiolitic şi psihoterapie) ameliorează starea de sănătate generală şi calitatea vieţii pacienţilor de vârstă înaintată.
