| dc.description.abstract | The authors present a short literature review and two clinical cases – the comlications of
pulmonary tuberculosis treatement : the peptic perforated duodenal ulcer and hemoragic ulcer. In
both cases the antiulcers treatment required for this situation was ignored. As a conclusion the
authors recommend antiulcers treatement and endoscopic dynamic examinations to all patients
with tuberculosis.
Autorii prezintă un scurt reviu al literaturii şi două cazuri clinice – complicaţii ale
tratamentului tuberculozei pulmonare: hemoragie ulceroasă şi ulcer perforat. În ambele cazuri a
fost ignorat tratamentul antiulceros necesar în aceste situaţii. În concluzie se recomandă
tratamentul antiulceros şi supravegherea endoscopică dinamică a tuturor pacienţilor cu
