Manifestările clinice şi complicaţiile neurologice ale sindromului HELLP

Abstract

Neurological manifestations at 52 patients diagnosed with HELLP syndrome include a multitude of clinical signs which documents a high incidence of complications at 42 patients (80.77%) of the central and of the peripheral nervous systems. Complications occur with the presence of neuroreanimathological syndromes (cerebral edema (80.77%), ischemic or hemorrhagic strokes (7.69%), engagement eminence of the trunk (1.92%), trunk syndrome engagement (3.85%)) or eye syndromes (retinal detachment -1 patient (1.92%), blindness – 4 patients (7.69%) and amaurosis 5(9,62%)) with a high rate of invalidity and death.

Manifestările neurologice la 52 de paciente diagnosticate cu sindromul HELLP, includ o multitudine de semne clinice care documentează o incidenţă înaltă a complicaţiilor 42(80,77%), atât ale sistemului nervos central, cât şi periferic. Complicaţiile se manifestă prin prezenţa sindroamelor neuroreanimatologice (edem cerebral (80,77%), accidente cerebrale ischemice sau hemoragice (7,69%) eminenţă de angajare a trunchiului (1,92%) sindrom de angajare a trunchiului (3,85%)) sau oculare (dezlipire de retină1(1,92%) şi cecitate 4 (7,69%), amauroză 5(9,62%)) cu o rată înaltă de invalidizare şi deces.
