Tratamentul complex al toxoplasmozei oculare

Abstract

The study is based on the analysis of the treatment of ocular toxoplasmosis, applied to 69 pacients: group I 22 (31,9%) patients - without treatment; group II 47(68.1%) patients- who received a combined treatment: local and general. It has been noted, that the pacients who received a combined treatment shower an increased visual acuity, a limitation of the focus’ spread and a decrease of the number of relapses.

Studiul se bazează pe analiza rezultatelor tratamentului toxoplasmozei oculare utilizat la 69 pacienţi: Lotul I 22 (31,9%) pacienţi – care se află la evidenţă fără tratament; Lotul II 47 (68,1%) pacienţi - care au beneficiat de tratament combinat: local si general. Examenul statistic a verificat rezultatele pozitive ale aplicării tratamentului combinat: general şi cel local. La pacienţii care au beneficiat de tratament combinat s-a majorat acuitatea vizuala, s-a limitat răspândirea focarului şi s-a micşorat numărul recidivelor.
