Caracteristica cazurilor noi de tuberculoză pulmonară în dependență de metoda de depistare

Abstract

The history of 256 of new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis who underwent treatment in the Phtisiopneumology Municipal Clinical Hospital in 2009 have been studied. The active screening (group I has been found in 84 (32,8%) patients, and the passive one in 172 (67,2%) patients. In the first group the limited forms of pulmonary tuberculosis predominated, in the second group – the extensive forms of 65,7%, with complications and twice more frequently the associations of 2 -3 illness factors.

Au fost studiate fişele a 256 cazuri noi de tuberculoză pulmonară, aflaţi la tratament în staţionarul Spitalului Clinic Municipal de Ftiziopneumologie în anul 2009. Depistare activă (I lot) s–a apreciat la 84 (32,8%) pacienţi, iar cea pasivă la 172 (67,2%) pacienţi. În lotul I au predomonat formele limitate de tuberculoză pulmonară, în lotul II – forme extinse cu complicaţii (65,7%) şi de 2 ori mai des o asociere a cite 2 – 3 factori de risc sporit pentru îmbolnăvire.
