Unele particularităţi ale tuberculozei pulmonare la pacienţii cu maladii psihice

Abstract

The aim of this article was to study the clinical features and treatment of tuberculosis in patients with psychiatric disorders. This article presents epidemiological, pathogenesis and diagnostical data of these patients, the clinical picture of primary patients and those with prolonged hospitalization. The study shows that patients with mental illness and tuberculosis, the inpatient psychiatric treatment encouter a lot of difficulties.

Scopul lucrării a constat în studierea particularităţilor clinice şi de tratament ale tuberculozei la bolnavi cu tulburări psihice. În articol sunt prezentate date epidemiologice, patogenetice şi de diagnosticare ale acestor bolnavi, tabloul clinic al pacienţilor primari şi celor cu spitalizare îndelungată. Studiul demonstrează că depistarea tuberculozei la pacienţii cu boli mintale, tratamentul lor în staţionarul psihiatric, întâmpină dificultăţi.
