Ozonoterapia în tratamentul sinuzitelor maxilare

Abstract

Sinusitis is one of the most known upper respiratory diseases. In recent years there has been an increasing trend in the incidence of this disease. All this shows that the broad spectrum of remedies used to treat sinusitis has not justify our expectations completely to solve this problem. Therefore, we need another method of treatment that could have better bactericidal action against pathogenic microorganisms. Such a method is ozone therapy.

Sinuzita se numără printre cele mai des întilnite boli ale tractului respirator superior. În ultimii ani s-a constatat o tendinţă de creştere a incidenţei acestei patologii. Toate acestea ne demonstrează că spectrul larg a remediilor folosite în tratamentul sinuzitelor nu ne justifică aşteptările în rezolvarea completă a aceastei probleme. Prin urmare, e nevoie de o altă metodă de tratament care ar putea avea o acţiune mai bună bactericidă împotriva microorganismelor patogene. O astfel de metodă este ozonoterapia.
