Abstract: This article describes the problem of glaucoma treatment with hypotensive medication without Benzalkonium Chloride. The ”dry eye” syndrome is a very important disease in the actual ophthalmology and the article shows the importance of diagnosis and adequate treatment of it in patients with glaucoma, taking into consideration the factors that cause the symptomatic dry eye.
