| Abstract: | The article underlines the contemporary immunopathogenetic assumptions on the
triggering mechanisms of inflammatory bowel disease, analyzing the impact of immunological
factor, both in the pathology appearance and development of effective regimens by "biological
therapy".
Articolul reflectă ipotezele imunopatogenetice contemporane privind mecanismele de
declanşare ale bolilor inflamatorii intestinale, analizând impactul factorului imunologic, atât în
apariţia patologiei, cât şi în elaborarea schemelor terapeutice eficiente, prin „terapia biologică”. |
