Abstract

A case control study was aimed to assess the therapeutic effect of the homeopathic preparation Guna-PMS in the treatment of PMS at adolescemte. Results of the study did not determine any deviations from the norm in hormonal status at the teenagers estimated. As it was found that the severity of PMS is more pronounced when the teenage autonomic nervous system predominates. At the same time, it was considered that the homeopathic preparation Guna-PMS has presented a very good clinical effect in the treatment of PMS to teenage girls. Rezumat Studiul caz control a avut drept scop de a aprecia efectul terapeutic al preparatului homeopatic Guna – PMS în tratamentul PMS la adolescemte. Rezultatele studiului n-au determinat careva devieri de la normă în statutul hormonal la adolescentele estimate. La fel s-a constatat că severitatea PMS este mai pronunțată atunci când la adolescente predomină sistemul nervos vegetativ. Totodată, s-a apreciat că preparatul homeopatic Guna – PMS a prezentat un efect foarte bun clinic în tratamentul PMS la adolescente.
