RITMUL CRONOBIOLOGIC DE ADAPTARE AL ACTIVITĂŢII CARDIACE LA NOU-NĂSCUŢII SĂNĂTOŞI ÎN PRIMELE 5 ZILE DE VIAŢĂ

Abstract

There was performed a research of the chronobiological rhythm of cardiac activity adaptation in new borns, in healthy ones through the method of electrocardiogram starting with the first 30 minutes-an hour after birth and afterwards each 3 hours during 72 hours and the 5th day from life. It was found out that the cardiac function has dropped the first 12 hours after birth and from 42 hours till 60 hours, from 15 hours till 39 hours and as well from 63 hours till 72 hours of life in new borns happens a myocardium hemodynamic overload.

Cercetarea ritmului cronobiologic de adaptare al activităţii cardiace s-a efectuat la nou-născuţi sănătoşi prin metoda electrocardiografiei începând cu primele 30 minute – 1 oră după naştere iar apoi – fiecare 3 ore timp de 72 ore şi a 5-a zi de viaţă. S-a constatat scăderea funcţiei cardiace în primele 12 ore după naştere şi de la 42 ore până la 60 ore, iar de la 15 ore până la 39 ore şi de la 63 ore până la 72 ore de viaţă a nou-născuţilor are loc suprasolicitarea hemodinamică a miocardului.
