| Abstract: | The article examines the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova regarding remuneration of scientific and didactic staff and offers scientific-legislative arguments over the financial mechanisms of university clinics in conditions of financial autonomy which will be imposed since 2013. The author presents approaches to increase the budgetary and wage funds for the employees of university clinics after implementation of the proposed mechanisms and overcoming financial austerity risks. |
