Tratamentul gutei (revista literaturii)

Abstract

Just as in the case of other diseases, in gout the primary and/or secondary prophylaxis may be suggested as well as the treatment of the disease in its acute phase and the basic one. The fact to be mentioned is that no other rheumatic disease has a better adjusted and perfect treatment than gout. Thus, the practical objectives in treating a case of gout are: the rapid suppression of an acute attack, dissipation of tophaceous deposits, etc.

Ca şi în cadrul altor afecţiuni, şi în cel al gutei, se poate vorbi de o profilaxie primară sau secundară, despre tratamentul fazei acute al bolii şi de cel de fond. Este demn de menţionat faptul că nici o altă boala reumatică nu are un tratament medicamentos atât de bine pus la punct precum guta. Aşadar, în faţa unui caz de gută obiectivele practice ale tratamentului sunt: suprimarea promptă a atacului acut; profilaxia următoarelor atacuri; dizolvarea depozitelor tofacee ş.a
