Evaluarea igienică a poziţiei și a locului de muncă al lucrătorilor din industria farmaceutică

Abstract

This study reveals the evaluation of features and results of ergonomics of workplaces of pharmaceutical industry employees. The investigations include direct observation of the work process, timing as “photo of working day”, highlighting of positions of typical work activities, carried out in the sectors investigated, and their duration. Physiological and hygienic evaluation of the position was performed according to the traditional Angle method. Incorrect position of the employee in the workplace, indices deviations from the parameters accepted by the sanitaryhygienic rules have been elucidated in all working positions of employees. Long maintaining of posture and presence of Angle indices, that deviate from normal limits in all three jobs researched in the study, demonstrate early appearance of fatigue and as its consequences – lack of oxygen, the accumulation of catabolics in muscles, etc., as increased muscle tension compresses blood vessels, reducing or even abolishing the local circulation of blood.

В этом исследовании были оценены особенности рабочей позы сотрудников в фармацевтической промышленности Исследования включают в себя непосредственное наблюдение за процессом работы, сроки как «фото рабочего дня», выделив картины типичных рабочих мероприятий, осуществляемых в исследованных секторах, а также их продолжительность. Нахождение долгое время в рабочих позах, которые отклоняются от норм, во всех трех исследуемых рабочих местах, показывает раннее появление усталости и его последствий, как отсутствие кислорода, накопление катаболических отходов в мышцах и т.д., потому что повышенное напряжение мышц сжимает кровеносные сосуды, уменьшая или даже блокируя местную циркуляцию крови.
