Abstract: | There were analyzed the results of investigations of food samples carried out at the Center of Public Health of the Chisinau municipality during the last 5 years (2011–2015) and, partially, during 2009–2014 years concerning the content of residues of certain food additives and contaminants. On average of 2.5% of the investigations on the content of food additives the obtained results did not meet hygienic standards. The research results of food samples on the residues of pesticides, toxic elements, mycotoxins, and benzopyrene were within the existing rules. Obtained data allowed to develop some measures directed to perfectioning of food safety’s monitoring. Были проанализированы результаты исследований проб продуктов питания, проведенных в Центре Общественного Здоровья муниципия Кишинэу в течение последних 5 лет (2011–2015) и, частично, в течение 2009–2014 годов на содержание остатков некоторых пищевых добавок и контаминантов. В среднем, в 2,5% исследований на содержание пищевых добавок полученные результаты не соответствовали гигиеническим нормативам. Результаты исследований проб пищевых продуктов на содержание остатков пестицидов, токсичных элементов, бензoпирена и микотоксинов были в пределах действующих норм. Полученные данные позволили разработать некоторые меры, направленные на усовершенствование мониторинга безопасности пищевых продуктов. |
