Abstract: | There were analyzed the results of studies on the content of nitrates in vegetables and fruits, conducted at the Centre for Public Health of the Chisinau municipality during a period of six years (2009–2014). Over the entire period, the percentage of samples of vegetables, in which the nitrate content did not meet hygienic norms, was on average, 4.1%. The largest share of these results has been established in studies of samples of zucchini (26.5%), melons (18.0%), red beetroot (14.8%). In the group of fruits the results were within hygienic norms, except the research results of bananas’ samples (7.5%). Obtained data allowed the development of some measures aimed at improving the monitoring of nitrate content in products. Были проанализированы результаты исследований на содержание нитратов в овощах и фруктах, проведенных в Центре Общественного Здоровья муниципия Кишинэу в течение шестилетнего периода (2009–2014). За весь период доля проб овощей, в которых содержание нитратов не соответствовали гигиеническим нормам, составила, в среднем, 4,1%. Наибольшая доля таких результатов была установлена при исследовании проб кабачков (26,5%), дынь (18,0%), красной свеклы (14,8%). В группе фруктов результаты были в пределах гигиенических норм, за исключением результатов исследования проб бананов (7,5%). Полученные данные позволили разработать некоторые меры, направленные на усовершенствование мониторинга содержания нитратов в продуктах. |
