Abstract

There is shown the current aspects in the diagnosis, pathogenesis and management of acute fatty liver of pregnancy – pathologie that can has fatal implications for both mother and fetus. The acute fatty liver of pregnancy is a pathology caused by a mitochondrial cytopathy, in which the hepatic acute lipid dystrophy (by microvesicular adipose accumulation in hepatocytes) is one of the systemic mitochondrial pathology’s manifestations, which also affects other organs (kidney, pancreas, muscles, heart, nervous system).

Рассматриваются аспекты диагностики, патогенеза и лечения острой жировой дистрофии печени при беременности, заболевание, которое может иметь фатальные последствия для матери и плода. Эта болезнь вызвана митохондриальной цитопатией, при которой заболевание печени является одним из проявлений системной митохондриальной патологии, которая также влияет на другие органы (почки, поджелудочная железа, мышцы, сердце, нервная система).
