Abstract:	We analyzed the results of surgical treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis. Were perfomed different types of surgical intervention. Study represents the postoperative complication, their management and curative measures, contributed to improvement treatment results and quality of life of patients. Нами детально проанализирован материал хирургического лечения больных циррозом печени, которым выполнены различные вмешательства. Представлены возникшие послеоперационные осложнения, их менеджмент и лечебные мероприятия, способствующие улучшению результатов лечения и качества жизни оперированных больных.
