Tratamentul chirurgical al polifracturilor pe parcursul anilor 1970-2013: retrospective şi activităţi în cadrul IMSP SCTO

Abstract

The authors present their experience in the work of fixation of a consignment of 244 patients with multiple limb fractures treated in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Republican Clinical Hospital №1 over 15 years (1999-2013). It shows the development of osteosynthesis in the treatment of these patients during the last decades and the priority use of modern processes. The aim of the study was the assessment procedures of osteosynthesis and their evolution over the past few years in the surgical treatment of patients with multiple fractures in department № 1 of the CHTO.

Авторы статьи анализируют собственный опыт хирургического лечения 244 больных с множественными переломами конечностей, лечившихся в первом отделении Клинической больницы травматологии и ортопедии на протяжении последних 15 лет (1999-2013). Описана эволюция методов остеосинтеза в больнице на протяжении предыдущих десятилетий и приемущества новых методик стабилизации отломков.
