Abstract: | The authors analyzed the treatment of 143 patients with metacarpal bones lesion (1995-2012). 100 patients were diagnosed with fracture and 43 with fracture-dislocation. In 41 cases there was an open wound. In 135 cases the fragments were stabilized with brooches and in 8 with metal plate fixation. 62 cases were examined at distance: 86% achieved good results, 11% were satisfactory and 3% – unsatisfactory Наш опыт (1995-2012) основан на лечении 143 больных с повреждениями пястных костей. С переломами пястных костей были 100 больных и 43 с переломо-вывихами. В 41 случае были открытые переломы. Остеосинтез спицами произвели у 135 больных и у 8 больных – остеосинтез металлической пластинкой. Отдаленные результаты были изучены у 62 больных и хорошие результаты отмечены в 86% случаев, удовлетворительные – в 11% и неудовлетворительные – в 3% случаев. |
