| Abstract: | The paper is exposed to the principles of assessment and treatment of 20 patients with osteochondritis dissecans of the knee which were treated during 2011-2013 at the Traumatology and Orthopaedic Hospital. Pathogenesis, diagnostic principles, indications for surgical treatment, outcomes and functional recovery are analyzed and elucidated.
В данной работе включены принципы оценки и лечения 20 больных с рассекающим остеохондритом коленного сустава, которые проходили лечение в течение 2011-2013 г. в Клинической Больницы Травматологии и Ортопедии. Анализируются патогенез, диагностические принципы, показания к хирургическому лечению, результаты и функциональное восстановление. |
