Eficacitatea remediului prochinetic Itoprid în tratamentul dereglărilor funcţionale gastrointestinale

Abstract

Treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) is the unresolved issue of modern gastroenterology. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of itopride in treatment of FD associated with chronic constipation (CC). Twenty four patients with FD and CC were treated with 150 mg of itopride divided into three doses over 4 weeks. Patients’ condition was evaluated after treatment and 4 weeks after its completion. Itopride had a significant therapeutic effect on symptoms of FD and on the CC. Side effects were not registered.

Лечение функциональной диспепсии (ФД) остается неразрешенным вопросом современной гастроэнтерологии. Целью исследования было изучение эффективности итоприда в лечении ФД, ассоциированной с хроническим запором (ХЗ). 24 пациента с ФД и ХЗ принимали 150 мг итоприда в три приема на протяжении 4 недель. Состояние пациентов оценивали после лечения и через 4 недели после его окончания. Итоприд оказывал значительный терапевтический эффект как на симптомы ФД, так и на ХЗ. Побочные эффекты не были зарегистрированы
